  3. This directory contains the catalog description file that enable the
  4. creation of catalogs, please follow the rules below when you make a
  5. translation:

  7.  - tell me that you are about to make a translation
  8.  - do not download your work to aminet yourself, send it to me as follow
  9.  - make a ".lha" archive which *ALL* contains:

  11.     mp_<language>.ct    (the catalog translation file)
  12.     Catalogs (dir)
  13.      <language> (dir)
  14.       MiamiPhone.catalog    (the catalog itself)
